Our friend, Rob Wlodarski of IPRO, shared this video with us of a transparent water fountain anomaly that is seen crossing from right to left between the trunk of the tree and top of a water fountain that he had just completed in the backyard of his San Fernando Valley home. During the process of excavating and building it, he found remains that appeared to have been that of an animal, they were removed and buried in a different location, and this video was shot shortly after. Since then, unexplained rustling has been heard in the same location as in the video when there is no one else around.
